I became a certified personal trainer when I was just 18 years old. From an early age I knew I wanted to share the wealth of health with others. I attended Johns Hopkins University for undergrad where I played Division 1 lacrosse. I later received my Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and have continued my education through countless certifications, career opportunities, and personal experiences over the years. I'm certified in Corrective Exercise, Pilates, Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning (a mobility training technique based on scientific research), and Assisted Stretching. It is my greatest joy to share the gift of fitness and wellness with others as the benefits not only extend to your body and mind, but ripple throughout your life and everyone you meet.

Move Better. Feel Better.
Suffering from a permanent slouch? You're not alone. More than 80 percent of Americans suffer from back problems at some point in their lives, according to the National Institutes of Health. The good news is that there are things you can do to improve your posture and help prevent chronic low back pain — most of them involving movement.
